Summary

Disneylandparis.com is a high growth website. With 50+ Million visitors a year, it is a key communication and sales channel for the company. Inside the Web Analytics & user eXperience Team (WAX), our mission was to centralize data in an agile team that constantly analyse and improve the website.

Mission

In collaboration with Web Analytics & Ux Analysts plus other teams (Products, Marketings, e-Commerce, …) we had to set the A/B Tests deployment process to reach 52 launchs & restitutions per week (vs an average of 11 / year in France).
